Thank you for shopping at Bisou Di Mar! Please note that due to the nature of our natural products, we do offer refunds once items have been shipped, as they are sensitive to hygiene. If you have any, feel free to reach out to us at info@bisoudimar.com and we’ll be happy to assist you. For your convenience, we also offer samples, so you can try our products before making a purchase.
Refund Policy
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely at their destination. However, since we use USPS services for shipping, and we cannot guarantee their safe arrival. If any damage occurs during transit, take a picture and send us the details within 24 hours. We will be happy to provide you with a refund or send a replacement item.
