Order processing time

We work as fast as possible to make sure you can enjoy your products as soon as possible, but because we are a small business sometimes can take us an extra day. After an order has been placed before 10am, it will take from same day delivery up to 2 days for local region of Staten Island to have the package delivered, and for all other regions in the US will take 3-6 business days to be shipped.

Any orders received after 5pm will be processed the next day.

Shipping cost

Bisou Di Mar LLC offers free shipping for all orders over $75. All other orders are calculated by weight USPS and UPS calculations. We partnered with Shippo to work with us in  all our business orders and  shipping process.

Holidays shipping policy

Note that during the holiday season, our services might get delayed due to the high volume of orders and USPS delays. We work hard to make sure our customers receive their products fast and on time  however we highly suggest to place orders two to thre weeks prior any event, otherwise, we cannot guarantee it's arrival to be on time.
