Shipping Policy

Order processing time

After an order has been placed if it's received before 10am, it will take from the same day delivery to 2 days for  local region of Staten Island to have the package delivered, and for all other regions in the US will take 3-6 days to be shipped.

Any orders received after 5pm will be processed the next day.

Shipping cost

Bisou Di Mar LLC offers free shipping for all orders over $75. All other orders are calculated by weight USPS calculations. We partnered with Shippo to create all our business shipping labels.

Holidays shipping policy

Note that during the holiday season, our services might get delayed due to the high volume of orders and USPS delays. We work hard to make sure our customers receive their products fast and on time  however we highly suggest to place orders before December 12, otherwise, we cannot guarantee it's arrival to be on time.
